Our classes are held at various locations on the Sunshine Coast and at Vend Marketplace Virginia, in Brisbane's North.

We offer cookie decorating with royal icing and towards the end of the year we have gingerbread house decorating workshops too!  In 2025 we will be hosting cake decorating classes, working with fondant.

You’ll learn several icing techniques and tips and tricks to create a set of royal iced cookies to be proud of, a gingerbread house that deserves pride of place on the Christmas table, or a celebration cake that will wow your guests!

No previous experience is necessary as classes are beginner level, designed for those who want to learn a new skill, or just have some foodie fun.
